David L Ferency, Jr. was born in Chicago, Illinois, and he has been a long-time resident of northern Indiana. Mr. Ferency is a veteran, proudly serving as an Electrician’s Mate in the United States Navy.

After his military service, Mr. Ferency made our local communities brighter one project at a time as a Journeyman Inside Wireman. He completed an apprenticeship program with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers LU 153. During his time with the IBEW, he participated in many community service programs including Christmas in April, Stuff-A-Bus, and Caulk of the Town. Mr. Ferency’s hobbies include hiking, camping, woodworking, and playing sports, especially golf.

Mr. Ferency received his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Ferency was the Vice President of the Christian Legal Society. Prior to law school, Mr. Ferency graduated from Purdue University Northwest with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. Mr. Ferency is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and in the United States District Court for Northern Indiana.
